Ingredients (for 4):

  • 100 g amaranth flour
  • 125 g wheat flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 eggs (separate the yolks from the whites)
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 50g butter

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the yolk, honey, milk and butter and stir until the mixture is a damp mass. Whisk the egg whites and add them to the dough gently.

Dissolve the compound in the molds for very greasy muffins and bake immediately at 190 ° C for about 20 minutes.
