Ingredients (for 4):
100 g alfalfa sprouts
250 g broccoli
6 small new potatoes
Chive
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Pepper
Very clean potatoes. Boil in a pot of boiling water for 25 minutes, while in another pot, boil the broccoli for about 10 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and cut the half and without peeling them, then put them in the salad bowl along with the cabbage and broccoli.
Add the oil, salt, pepper and serve the salad when it is still hot.
